The Lord gives me the desire of my heart,
and fulfills all my plans.
Psalm 20:4

Ready for Me

Let me be free, free to be me.
Please open the door to love forevermore.

I must find a way to do and to say
All that’s within. Please let me begin

To blossom and grow. Inside there’s a glow.
My spirit is bright and so I shall write

And hope that the words will fly as the birds
Lifting me high so I can see why

I’ve come to this earth. You’ve given me birth.
I’ve suffered and grown. Though I feel times alone,

I know You are near. I’m ready to hear
My reason to be. I’m ready for me!
